I left some things that were very important to me in the closet, I drove back to the hotel first thing the next day, and the first person I spoke with, knew exactly where they were and returned them to me in moments. I'm happy there are still honest people taking care of the rooms. That is an issue of culture. Thank you very much, I'm sorry I did not catch your name.”

“I accidentally booked the handicap room. Did not realize I did that. Bed was not comfortable. It’s about a foot off the ground. There were lots of people with pets. There was dog poop on grass and dog poop in hallways from owners not picking up. And dog pee in the elevator. ”
