“Excellent Location with Red River flowing just behind the Hotel as well as forest views. The main Chair Lift is close walking distance about 15 yards from the hotel. Overall....a nice experience.”

“Was thrilled to get an early check in text. Really made the trip better to not have to spend the day waiting. Great place to stay, we have stayed here over five times and it’s always a great experience. ”

“Easy to get to and affordable little place to stay. Was pleased to find many wall outlets for a place that is older - appreciated the large bathroom as well. A lamp in the living area would have been nice to have, but overall this place is perfect for a comfortable sleep when skiing or fishing in the area. ”

“We had so much fun during our weekend in red river! The home was perfectly accommodating to our group and a great space for all of us to be! Thank you!”

“There are many people who have overly inflated expectations of what a hotel stay should be. The Springer Station takes those expectations and turns them on their head with a very characterful and charming experience. Sure, it's a shared bathroom place and the door knob on your room turns the wrong way but don't let that detract from the eclectic experience of staying in this historic building. The staff were pleasant enough, busying themselves with Halloween trick or treaters that evening.……

“A good place for a group of people ”

“This was the perfect house and location for our family trip. Kelly responded promptly every time I had a question and also answered her phone when I needed her to walk me through some things. We loved how close we were to the town and skiing, and also loved that we were far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the night and beauty of the stars! We plan on coming back next year to do it again! Thank you for being such a great host!!! The Wallace's”

“An overall good property with amazing views. Lots of room and places to hang out. The one area of concern was the master bedroom in that the shower, bath tub and toilet are all in the master with no separation. Use of the toilet means doing so without any privacy from the rest of the room. We ended up letting our teenager use that room and stayed in one of the other bedrooms as a work around.”

“Had a great stay. Cottage is adorable. Living area around TV could use a couple more small comfortable lounge chairs. I know area is small but with 4 adults it would have made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. It snowed and electricity was out in the whole town, so we stayed in more than expected! Also better internet service would have been great. Otherwise cottage as great!”
