“Staff was excellent, accommodating, always smiling and standing ready to assist with anything you might need. The elevator was not working; we are elderly so the front desk attendant changed our room to the first floor to accommodate our needs. The breakfast staff were so nice and kept the area clean and made sure food was always available. ”

“The room was nicer than the previous hotel we stayed at in Columbus. The hotel itself was nice, but management gave me issues once I asked to continue my stay for work purposes. We came to the office around 9 AM and he would not give me the same room and wanted to put me in a different room that cost more money. I believe they did this so they would not have to honor their price I paid for 5 days. I don’t know if I will be back because management was difficult and would not work with me ”

“It’s a cheap place to stay and the beds were comfortable. Quiet and convenient to the downtown area. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and the vinyl flooring was very sticky. But I never take my shoes off in motels anyway. ”

“This place was a refinery worker's dream! Rates are great! Super quiet day and night. This is "basic motel." You have a microwave and fridge. The water is high-pressure and HOT! A/C will freeze you out and the heating will sweat you out! No bed bugs. Sheets, pillows, and towels are crisp white. Beds are comfy. Never seen any motel as clean as this one. The rooms do not have a spec of dust anywhere. Appliances are well-maintained, no stains or stuck on food. The cleaning staff is super nice. We……
