“The cleanliness of the entire Comfort Inn”

“The room was nicer than the previous hotel we stayed at in Columbus. The hotel itself was nice, but management gave me issues once I asked to continue my stay for work purposes. We came to the office around 9 AM and he would not give me the same room and wanted to put me in a different room that cost more money. I believe they did this so they would not have to honor their price I paid for 5 days. I don’t know if I will be back because management was difficult and would not work with me ”

“Room very nice, had a lot of room for myself, wife and mom. The water in shower took a long time to warm up, but other than that, everything was fine. Renovating was going on, but hotel did notify me before my stay. ”

“Conveniently located to where I needed to be. ”

“The desk staff were great. The TV didn’t work ( couldn’t turn it on) in my room. The bed sheets on one bed looked grayish instead of crisp white. A friend who traveled with me found fake eyelashes stuck to the TV remote in her room. Her tissue box was not in a plastic case & the tissues looked faded, not white tissues. We heard another guest complaining about black sticky stuff on sheets in her room. I stayed in the Columbus Courtyard in April, 2022, & found it much cleaner looking &……
