“This hotel is VERY nice. Newer building, and our room was one of the nicer ones we've stayed in. We did have an issue with a noisy child running overhead. We contacted the desk and said we were willing to change rooms, but the associate in charge said that there was nothing she could do with our reservation because it was booked through a third party (hotels.com). This is something to keep in mind folks! My husband had some more words with the desk when it was time for bed and the noise……

“Typical good Hampton Inn experience. Had to put the A/C on to cool the room (top floor in February), but great room, friendly staff, and the usual breakfast offerings.”

“Awesome hotel they have dove soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, out of all the hotels I’ve ever stayed at including the Ritz Carlton they didn’t have Doce soap so kudos to that”

“Room was nice but the water in the shower didn't come out of the shower head properly and a lot of it ran into the tub and filled the tub... other than that very nice.”

“My room wasnt very clean when I got checked in. There was dog hair all over the place, you could tell the floors hadnt been swept. There was dog hair all over the bed and tables as well. Other then the dirtiness of the room I always enjoy my stay. ”

“The train cars are a unique room idea and was such a a cozy little room. Definitely going to return here again.”
