Parking was very easy with a labeled reserved guest parking space that was close to the entrance. It sleeps 4 but only 3 chairs at dining table. That made it hard to play games at for 4 people. We also own a VRBO and always have a welcome basket for our guests and check in to see if they need anything . That would have been a nice feature. ”
