“This is the lower half of a house. It’s nicely fixed up and furnished. A well-stocked kitchen, cozy living room, and a comfortable bed. Checking in was a little complicated because info was on the property management website instead of Vrbo. Only real concern is that it’s a basement and there’s no egress except through the front door. Could be a hazard in case of a fire. Overall, would stay here again!”

“We stayed for just one night but absolutely loved it! The home was spotless and had a clean, modern feel while still capturing the charm of the countryside. Watching the cows from the hot tub was such a unique and relaxing experience, and waking up to the sound of them mooing in the morning really made it feel like a true farm stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful escape with a bit of personality!”

“The rental property was great. Two bedrooms nice and spacious. Plenty of parking. It's a pretty quiet area. The only reason it's not a five-star rating is the internet is horrible. The TVs disconnect from the internet every 30 minutes or so and I tried to use the Wi-Fi and could not because it was so slow. Other than that it was a great experience and I would stay again.”

“The apartment is the converted boiler-room of the old Newark High School. It was very nicely converted into a spacious two-bedroom apartment. Very comfortable.We only had one small issue, and our host was swift to take care of it.”

“First off, we never got in. I was not sent any check in information. I expected it to be sent day of check in and it never was. Turned around and drove 150 miles home the same day. Second, I cannot tell you how horribly Vrbo treated us and how difficult it has been to be refunded. We were debited for the original payment (had to prove it), within the month it was refunded WITHOUT Vrbo fees paid back. Then the whole amount was RE-DEBITED, and still have not been RE-refunded. VRBO has refused to……
