“The house fit our needs perfectly. Is right on the main road but didn’t bother us as made it easy for our day excursions. Enjoyed the hot tub in the morning when the air was chilly.One of the highlights was sitting out on the swing by the river. A bald eagle flew right over us as we sippped on a complimentary glass of wine. Would not hesitate to stay again.”

“Quaint little house. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Had a little musty smell. We opened the windows to let it air out but a small dehumidifier would help eliminate this issue. Just a few minutes from River Greens Golf Course. Walking distance to Rainbow Hills which is a nice little restaurant and brewery/winery. Short drive to Historic Roscoe Village which has lots of little shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Would stay here again. ”

“Absolutely amazing!!! The house was gorgeous, the yard was beautiful, the surroundings was incredible. From sitting on the front porch in the morning listening to nature, watching animals, and smelling fresh air to watching a lightning storm roll in at night. The patio in the back yard was perfect to eat dinner the sit by the fire for smores. The have thought of every detail so the house had everthing we needed. The rooms are big with walk in closets. “This property was better than expected!! The owner was very responsive when we had a question. We used the kitchen every day and it had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinners. The beds where comfortable in every bedroom. The hot tub was definitely an extra bonus along with the dbl j bar where we spent all of our evenings. If we came back o this area we would without a doubt stay here again. We did ride in on motorcycle and the driveway was a little tricky getting in and out of. The……

“Excellent location for our motorcycle ride plans. Place is very clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in and out. Neighborhood is very quiet.Only downside is the required insurance.”

“We came here as a family for a mini reunion. We from Arizona and the rest of my family from out of the country. We loved how much space we had! We thought it does feel a tad dim, like it could have used more lights in the living room. And could have used better knives, 9x13 pans and bowls in the kitchen, and could have used tin foil. We did have a pleasant surprise to see a grill out back! But over all it met our needs and we had a great time! ”
