“The house needs a little TLC, but overall it was okay if you’re not too picky. Other than that, it’s as described. One thing that I didn’t expect was the sound of the nearby road when you’re trying to sleep. That is personal preference and it may not bother you. Maxx was easy to contact and responsive. ”

“As a family that lives in different parts of the US, it was nice to find a central location to meet and spend a weekend together at. The house was huge, with lots of living room space. The bedrooms were great in size too. The bathrooms were nice too. Something that we didn't expect to enjoy, there are no TVs. “The property was gorgeous. The house was immaculate and beautiful. My family and I had an amazing time. The peacefulness was beyond measure. We are already looking forward to coming back next year.”

“I visit my family once a year and it is hard to find a plave to stay that actually looks like the pictures! I was overly impressed with this property very nice quiet location with the convenience of the gas station next door. There are tvs in all bedrooms which was a major plus in my book. Only issue i found was there was dog poop in yard and i noticed one of the back windows had 3 small cracks in it. I contavted Terri Ault but received no acknowledgement. “We were here for our son’s graduation from Kenyon. We had our other son and all the grandparents with us so we needed a big house. Not only did the size of this house work really well, it was also so beautiful with the most amazing view. I loved all the spaces that allowed us to spread out. We really enjoyed coffee in the morning on the deck looking at the lake. The master bedroom is huge and nice place to retreat to after our hectic days. The other bedrooms were downstairs. “Quiet neighborhood ”

“The location was not in the best neighborhood but it was super close to the wonderful downtown. There were lots of things to do in a short driving distance. The house was adorable and very clean. I wish we had known the hot tub could not be accessed from the house. The keypad wasn’t working but when I called there was an immediate response and a quick solution. Communication was excellent. Overall my actual rating would be 4.5. ”
