“The house needs a little TLC, but overall it was okay if you’re not too picky. Other than that, it’s as described. One thing that I didn’t expect was the sound of the nearby road when you’re trying to sleep. That is personal preference and it may not bother you. Maxx was easy to contact and responsive. ”

“As a family that lives in different parts of the US, it was nice to find a central location to meet and spend a weekend together at. The house was huge, with lots of living room space. The bedrooms were great in size too. The bathrooms were nice too. Something that we didn't expect to enjoy, there are no TVs. “The location was not in the best neighborhood but it was super close to the wonderful downtown. There were lots of things to do in a short driving distance. The house was adorable and very clean. I wish we had known the hot tub could not be accessed from the house. The keypad wasn’t working but when I called there was an immediate response and a quick solution. Communication was excellent. Overall my actual rating would be 4.5. ”

“The stay was amazing! Everything was just as described. The house has everything you could possibly need with one small exception we had brought a couple bottles of wine and we could not find a cork screw. But other than that it was a perfect girls trip. It was exactly what I needed. The house was super clean. The instructions were very clear. I would definitely stay again for sure!!”

“We took a few nights away with another couple we’ve known and vacationed with for decades. Though we’re very close, it is important to note the rooms of the upper floor of this property are completely open to the vaulted ceiling.
