“This is the best stay we have ever stayed in Homes County. It is very private and the house is top of the line clean, well decorated and furnished with everything you need. A comfortable home away from home!!!”

“Very nice area, quiet & clean condo. Only issue was no coffee pot & no rear entry from parking lot. There was a espresso style machine, but when I ran it, small pieces of metal came out, so we didn't use it. There is a place to park out front on the street, but if you park in the back, there isn't access into garage, so we had to walk around to get in. Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO location.”

“This is a beautiful home! It was very clean inside the home. Seating in living room average on comfort, and beds could use a sheet during hot months because a duvet is too much. Blinds on sliding doors and windows in living/kitchen would help keep the house cooler. The pool needed cleaning and owner was responsive, but our full day was using a murky green, yellow pool with a black ring on tile. Pool cleaner came around 4:00, but he did scrub tiles so black still on tiles. The next morning……

“The condo was clean, had no issue with neighbors. Parking right outside building. There were dressers and closets for clothing. Was centrally located for our purposes. Close to the highway. Really everything you need to live there for a time. The only thing remotely negative was there is a hospital and fire station nearby by so you will hear sirens. Not enough for me to reduce the rating.”

“We absolutely loved it and getting to see the solar eclipse on our 41st wedding anniversary was the GOAT! Matt is an excellent host and maintains a clean and easy to get to property. “The Pines of Apple Valley was the perfect place for our family to gather for Commencement Weekend at Kenyon College. We rented two units for the weekend. There is lots of comfy furniture in the living room for hanging out. The kitchen had everything we needed. We greatly appreciated the provided coffee! We all thought the beds were super comfortable. The staff at the Pines were great at communicating throughout the entire process from reservation to check-out. This is an ideal place to stay for……

“We were celebrating a college graduation and a birthday. We had a bar b que at the unit for 7. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing a 5 course meal, the grilling station was perfect . The living room was very comfortable and the kitchen spacious enough for many cooks. A walk around the area after dinner was perfect.”
