“Had a issue with a room someone spilled something sticky in the carpet when i walked by the door my bottom of my soles where sticky i addressed and asked if i wanted another room and said yes if i could please they fixed it right away... Ty for promptly fixing it high five !! All staff was amazing and very helpful.. will definitely be back.. room was clean & the pool was amazing with the heated water.. thanks for a wonderful stay !!!”
