“When we arrived, Veronica at front desk, said we could only have 2 queen beds although I paid the upgrade price for one king bed. Through her professionalism, after seeing my reservation on my iPhone, she honored the one king bed. It seems Hotels.com is not sending the hotels correct information as to room type once a reservation is booked. If I pay for the upgrade, I would expect to receive the upgrade. Again, the Front Desk clerk was extremely professional and then the housekeeper, Jessica (?)……

“Shower pressure was really really low. Walls are thin. Otherwise great place to stay and very clean. ”

“Was a great hotel for a nice price. Super friendly staff. Quick easy check in. Only downfall is the club next door. Could feel the vibration of the base saturday night. but thats barely noticeable.”

“Overall clean & spacious. Bathroom door didn't want to stay on track. Originally placed at far end of 2nd floor with husband having back issues & needing to be near stairs because elevators compress his spine. Staff moved us, but at that point there were limited options. We had called ahead, they could've planned for him to have been on the 1st floor.”

“There were men’s underwear in the trash can in my room. Lobby had some annoying drunk and rowdy guests in the evening time. Otherwise hotel was good.”

“Easy access and free parking”

“The hotel is right off the highway so you can hear the traffic and loud cars. It is not the fault of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only thing you may want to add is a hair dryer and shampoo and conditioner. ”

“It is clean, quiet. The only thing I do not like is that the rest room’s door cannot be closed.”

“The room is old and feels bad.”
