“Pet fee is shown as $15 but that was not honored by property and we were charged $20. We were accused of smoking. Our phone rang and a snarky male voice said there were complaints made by someone smelling smoke, and asked if we needed him to call the fire department. We were not smoking but the ENTIRE non smoking hallway absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. ”

“The rooms were super clean and comfy despite seeming to be older. The doors were very thin, but I couldn't hear people next door to me. I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort. Great hot breakfast. Front desk was welcoming and kind. Really a super great value for a good room. ”

“Great little place with a very friendly staff. My son had an early morning soccer game that was about 3 hrs from home so we were looking for lodging for the night close by. Everything seemed to be booked up when i came across this place. I'm so glad i booked it. The rooms were spotless and the natural spring water it ran off of was amazing. It doesn't have a pool but we went in the off season and had no time for a pool anyway. The beds were comfy and it was nice and peaceful. Will definitely……

“We chose this place as a stop on our way from SC to OH and it was just right! The house was just what we needed, comfy accommodations, super close to restaurants and the new river gorge. ”

“The cabin was beautiful and exactly what we expected from the photos. We had no complaints and communication was wonderful. The only thing I would note is the pet fee is $75 per dog that was not part of the listing until the house rules were sent 5 days before the stay.”

“The cabin suited our needs, a shower and a bed. The property with the waterfall is gorgeous. We booked the cabin for a New River Gorge weekend and it worked out fine.”
