“Cleanliness ”

“The room was very clean, but minus a hairdryer. BUT, the hall carpeting is filthy and stained. Maybe that is the next phase of renovating? Breakfast was so-so. The typical free hotel breakfast.”

“The owner was very gracious and accommodating for our group in town for a gravel race. The atmosphere was excellent and while the location felt like a trip back in time it was clean and everything functioned as advertised. We will 100% be staying here again. ”

“Very nice, right downtown but the property has easy parking! Checked in late at night but wouldn’t even know it with how attentive the staff was. Nice room, would definitely stay again.”

“This is an older motel but our room was updated with new flooring and paint…furnishings were older but sufficient as we were only passing through and just needed a place to stay for one night. Staff was very nice.”

“Likes: Bay Motel had a table & chairs, high quality TV, luggage holder, plenty of "table space", comfortable bed, very quiet refrigerator, full-sized mirror, carpeting, plenty of lighting, clock, hangers available. Dislikes: The toilet did not have a lid, bathroom towel rack too low, hair dryer didn't work, high step getting into the shower room.”

“The property was very nice. The Lakeview was absolutely beautiful. This would be a wonderful place for a couple or two couples as there are two bedrooms with king beds. That was very nice. Also they have a very cool screen door that is magnetized and shuts on its own when you go in and out. Helps tremendously with the bugs. The hosts are very nice and very helpful. If you need anything at all they try to help you very promptly. Our time went by way too fast. Would definitely stay again. ”
