“Everything was wonderful with the exception of the woman who was working the front desk the overnight shift of May 17-18th. I understand there was extra work for her since there were so many sports families there, but she was unapologetically rude and cold. I had to ask a couple questions was met with coldness, and did not get my questions answered. “The staff was super friendly and professional, the check in process was easy. The pool was decent sized and the jacuzzi was hot and functioning. However, the hotel is a little outdated, could use some modernization for sure. My room, and after talking to another guest, apparently their room as well, always had a cigarette smell. That never went away during our stay.”

“Likes: Bay Motel had a table & chairs, high quality TV, luggage holder, plenty of "table space", comfortable bed, very quiet refrigerator, full-sized mirror, carpeting, plenty of lighting, clock, hangers available. Dislikes: The toilet did not have a lid, bathroom towel rack too low, hair dryer didn't work, high step getting into the shower room.”
