“My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. One of the greatest aspects was how friendly and welcoming and respectful all the staff were to ourselves as customers but also to one another. I believe the staff at this hotel may be the most welcoming I have experienced outside of Disneyland. We'll done. I genuinely felt they were happy we were there and were happy to be there themselves. The customer service at this hotel is a competitive advantage in my opinion. Thank you!”

“The hotel was within an easy walk to downtown Midland. The staff was helpful, and the room was clean. Breakfast was the usual fare. One of the two elevators needed repair. I feel that the hotel was not exceptional and overpriced. ”

“The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room had been updated and was in good condition. The hotel itself was in very good condition and the front desk. Staff were very pleasant. My only complaint is that the rooms are not very soundproof and the second night it was much noisier than the first night. ”
