“They had everything we needed. The place was clean and very nice”

“Amazing location. Overlook the beach and walk down anytime. Pool and hot tub were clean. House was very clean and new feeling. Walk to Crab Trap for great food. We had a private chef one night which worked great in the large kitchen. Cooked several meals ourselves and walked to Crab Trap one night. Beach was beautiful and not crowded since there are several private homes on both sides before you reach the public beaches. Host was very good with communication. Same day fixes on a couple……

“Condo was spacious and very clean. It was right across the street from the beach and close to stores. We would definitely stay in this condo again just the 4 of us. ”

“We recently stayed at the Seaspray and it was everything we expected and more! The house is absolutely perfect and we were able to accommodate 5 families without feeling on top of each other. The location is beyond perfect! We were walking distance to the beach, a quick golf cart ride to anything we needed or a short uber ride to the harbor area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. “Visited Destin for a family reunion. House was huge, comfortable, clean. A deck on each floor, including the rooftop and a great outdoor area with an amazing pool and hot tub. Hot tub wasn’t working properly but the pool people came the day we left and we discussed the problem with them so hopefully it’s been taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This is a perfect house for a family. You get three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a good sized pool. The A/C kept up and kept us cool during our June trip. Walk to coffee shop, mall, grocery and beach. Perfect location! The host was fantastic with communication!”

“This villa was beautiful. Walk in the front door and you are met with the best view of the ocean. We had 14 people total and everyone slept comfortably. The living area was a little cramped when we were all inside eating and on a rainy day. I cooked every meal except one while we were there. The kitchen is well stocked with every kitchen gadget you can imagine. Two problems we had was this villa is listed as handicap accessible, but I could not get my mom's wheelchair into the villa.
