“Maybe it was a mistake on my end. I booked the hotel through Expedia with my American Express credit card (I just left my card info. The payment was due at arrival). When I checked in, I gave the front desk the information of my citi credit card. My American Express was charged twice. I called the hotel, and the hotel told me that I should call American Express. The person took the wet towels back with a smile! Personally, I don't see enough of that in many businesses. The hotel was clean and inviting in the room, lobby, breakfast area and pool.”
