“I think the hotel should make the deposit lower than the cost of booking.”

“This is usually my favorite hotel, but on the last visit I had some hiccups. I paid for a certain room and got the wrong one. I just said it was whatever, but then I went to get into the bed and it was a blood stain on it. I called the desk and they changed my room. The room was smaller, but nonetheless they changed my room. I've stayed at this hotel 20+ times and I have only had this one complaint. So overall, I'd still recommend this place. ”

“Nice placeto stay. Have cookies and water for members and breakfast was decent. The juice machine was broke the first day. They brought welch juice the next day”

“Rooms were very clean, mine was on the 14th floor so sometimes the water wouldn’t get hot but overall very nice.”

“Counter was cracked in room 304. The shower sprayed outside the tub. Other than that, everything was good. ”

“Great hotel, great staff, very comfortable. Bed was a bit squeaky getting in and out. Only thing to point out is hotel TVs sound turns of at 10PM until around 7 due to quiet hours. Took me a while to realise and drove me crazy for first couple of nights!! Will deffo use again! ”
