“Overall, my stays here have been good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar is satisfying. My one complaint is when I've Intentionally asked to have the room serviced especially when staying 3 days, my requests were not honored. I was met with excuses, apologies and towels. ”

“Always stay here when I visit our warehouse in Bedford Park. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast included. Starbucks machine at the bar. Very convenient- great hotel.”

“I gave the hotel a 4 rating primarily because you could hear both the traffic outside which is loud and the air traffic. I did expect some of that due to location but it did interupt sleep. I also did not expect the parking fee which we did not consider when booking the room due to price. We did not have that fee last year when we stayed at Hyatt next door. The front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean as was the hotel. We did not have the breakfast. ”
