“I really appreciated this hotel. It was clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant and professional. I appreciated the breakfast that was available each day. I had to extend my stay a couple of times and it was not a problem at all. I said if I couldn't stay at home, Comfort Inn and Suites was a good place for me to stay. I will refer friends and family that want to come to the area to look at this hotel. ”

“Very comfortable room, but if you're anything lower than the 4th floor, it DOES get very loud-as guests are not always the kindest or mindful. Hearing, "ooh daddy" didn't really make my stay enjoyable. The amount of slammed doors and loud conversations late at night were baffling, and guests tend to blast music and television like it's a flex. I'd go back, but I'd want to not have anyone above me.”

“My husband and I choose the DoubleTree in Alsip often for our romantic trips to the Chicago area. It is a very nice and affordable hotel with an on-site restaurant (food is delicious, specifically the brunch!), modern lobbies with beautiful decor pieces, and the rooms are spacious and clean! The customer service is always great! The rooms could go for an update though. The wallpaper is peeling and yellowed in many areas and some of the beds are worn down and need to be replaced. But other than……

“Everything was great at this hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was the heat/AC are controlled by the hotel so some nights it’s was really cold in the room. I had an issue with the coffee maker in my room not working (it had absolutely no power) and the gentleman at the first desk promptly brought a new one to my room. I would stay again, but maybe in warmer months. ”
