“Just really need to fix the chipped floors in the rooms, get new carpet in the hallways, paint the hallway, brick fence off the property, add some cheap landscaping, and semi remodel the front office area, and it would be very nice”

“设备老旧，跟前台说了也没人修理。门锁扣坏的，浴缸不给塞子，酒店不打招呼，不给打扫。前台态度差。比Expedia预定，多住了1天，没给发票。后来通过Wxpedia联系补要发票。 打了3次电话，通话时间合计大约50多分钟，居然没解决。酒店居然不承认我多住的1天。 顺便吐槽下Expedia这帮售后接线员，为何不能理解我的意思？为何这么点小事情，打了3通电话，每次的记录内容五花八门。你们的汉语要努力学习啊。”

“Hotel was very clean. Front desk was friendly. Kitchen staff was friendly. I would stay here again.”

“The room was nice and the kids enjoyed the pool. I have one complaint. We had to be up on Saturday morning at 4am for a skating competition. At midnight there were people running up and down the hallway and yelling at the top of their lungs. There was no sleeping after that.”

“Room was clean and did not smell. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, it was not stale it was fresh. No I did not report it to the front desk. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom needed some work. There were cracks in the shower, grout was peeling off. Corner in bathroom was dirty. We could hear a noise as if someone was banging on a door every 10 minutes or so. that did stop around 10:30PM. If I had to stay here again i probably would. Breakfast was good.”
