“I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.”

“We were in town for a family event and couldn’t have chosen a better location. It was central to everything including the L. (We love when it’s walkable!) Everyone was friendly and the room was clean. The only negative was the quality of the sofa bed. The mattress was a joke at best. It was like two pieces of cardboard covered in fabric.
