“Staff was exceptional. The room was unpretentious and I liked that. The negative is that it is very loud. Loud from the El running nearby but also loud in the interior. The interior has a lot of hard surfaces, no insulation. I also found the room service options to be limited. Having said that, the price per room was great and, again, it was the best staff experience I’ve had in terms of genuine warmth and helpfulness. The hotel should find a local restaurant to provide more room service options……

“There were some small balls of hair and dust on the floor in the room, and it was a little confusing at first how to get into the building/room and out with the phone app, but otherwise it was excellent! The apartment seemed pretty modern and well-maintained, I used the gym at one point, and it was a great location! Definitely worth the money.”
