“Very good hotel. The front desk staff were fast, the housekeeping services were great, and the room was excellent. It was spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, the TV was big, and the coffee was the best we've had at a hotel. The shower was huge! Although, the info about the parking is misleading since the hotel has no parking. The only parking there is half a block away. Make sure to reserve it ahead of time. Overall, fantastic hotel.”

“We arrived at the hotel at around 4pm but we still need to wait for our room since it was not ready. As we would take the train to Cleveland next night, we chose this hotel as it was only 20-minute walk to the train station. We store the luggage at the reception after check-out. After counting the total no. of luggage and giving us a card, our luggage was placed in the lobby but not in a room. I stayed there to watch my luggage for a very long time before I was at ease.”
