“The room was immaculate– the space had many amenities and was perfect for my working 'vacation'. I loved getting back to my hotel room after a long day of meetings. It was very relaxing. I enjoyed the fitness room and also the hot breakfasts. I noticed that there was a salon on site, but I didn't take advantage of that. It's name says it all--it's a 'gem.'”

The room is very large, more than 500 feet, but the room is empty, the simple white walls have no wallpaper, no decorative paintings, no curtains, black roller blinds to let in light, the furniture walls in the room are black and white and cold, not warm, and the TV is 35 inches? or 40 inches? “I was under the impression that I had booked a certain room but when I got to the hotel I was told we had been upgraded to a double room with more space which was ok but we were looking forward to the view we had chosen. We weren’t able to use some of the kitchen utensils since they were broken. Staff was pretty polite and professional. Even though we did not use any of the amenities we did use the grill that was pretty cool that the hotel offered that. ”
