“We arrived at the hotel at around 4pm but we still need to wait for our room since it was not ready. As we would take the train to Cleveland next night, we chose this hotel as it was only 20-minute walk to the train station. We store the luggage at the reception after check-out. After counting the total no. of luggage and giving us a card, our luggage was placed in the lobby but not in a room. I stayed there to watch my luggage for a very long time before I was at ease.”

“入住前有詢問接送事宜，但可惜因為時差，無法有效溝通。入住手續單純迅速，房間大且乾淨，一開始以為燈光有問題，人員很快就來幫忙，房內的廚房很方便使用，可以自己簡單用點吃的。住宿一切都完美，只是隔壁房客實在很吵，半夜三點都還有吵雜聲，聽清潔人員說是辦結婚的人，因為我們是商務旅行，長途飛行後需要睡眠，但晚上常常被打擾到，甚至還被亂敲門，無法安穩休息。”

“連續住三晚，只有第一天有附上瓶裝水。其中一瓶的瓶蓋還是已經打開有使用過的痕跡。對於這部分有點扣分！”

“Not traditional hotel. Cozy and stylish one. 10 minutes walk to Clake/ Lake CTA station which directly go to airport. A pretty good choice for medium priced accommodation in a high living cost city like Chicago. ”

“Staff was exceptional. The room was unpretentious and I liked that. The negative is that it is very loud. Loud from the El running nearby but also loud in the interior. The interior has a lot of hard surfaces, no insulation. I also found the room service options to be limited. Having said that, the price per room was great and, again, it was the best staff experience I’ve had in terms of genuine warmth and helpfulness. The hotel should find a local restaurant to provide more room service options……

“I had a great time and I would say everything was perfect in the room. The only thing I would give a less than perfect score was the lack of friendliness when we checked in.”

“提供事前Check in，讓入房效率更快~ 房間舒適，窗外景色優美，床舒適~ 房間的隔音不太好，會聽到走廊上的聲音。 房內沐浴乳不夠，清潔人員沒有立即補充， 當天只提供小罐沐浴乳應急。 房內沒有礦泉水，每日需要至前台拿。 飯店內餐廳很多，可以不用到外面吃。”
