“设备老旧，跟前台说了也没人修理。门锁扣坏的，浴缸不给塞子，酒店不打招呼，不给打扫。前台态度差。比Expedia预定，多住了1天，没给发票。后来通过Wxpedia联系补要发票。打了3次电话，通话时间合计大约50多分钟，居然没解决。酒店居然不承认我多住的1天。顺便吐槽下Expedia这帮售后接线员，为何不能理解我的意思？为何这么点小事情，打了3通电话，每次的记录内容五花八门。你们的汉语要努力学习啊。”

“Check-in was uneventful. Room adequste. No complimentary water. Mini marts prices were high compared to other facilities. No extra blankets in toom. Parking was frr though. ”

“The room was very clean & well cared for. The staff was friendly & helpful. It's just a small motel & on a busy street, so can't possibly be quiet. This is a nice, clean, affordable place to stay. I definitely recommend it.”

“There has been some playing extremely loud music outside that I can hear over the AC and the TV. It is now 10:30pm and it's so loud. The remote has stuff caked onto it even though its in a bag that says "fresh remote". Hair in the bed. Overall not happy so far. At least its only 1 night...”
