“If you looking for basic accommodations in an BnB in Chicago, this rental is definitely both. Apartment 2R is cute on the surface. A kitchen, sm. appliances, two bedrooms with LOTS of beds, a decently sized living room, good fridge, safe sleepy neighborhood. SPECIAL NOTE: DO NOT PARK on Archer overnight . YOU WILL BE TOWED. “We very much enjoyed our long weekend here. The kitchen items were somewhat limited, but we managed to cook a lovely breakfast while there and enjoyed several meals at the house. “We stayed here during a volleyball tournament and were overall happy. It was about a 15min walk to McCormick Place, and the area overall wasn’t too busy. There’s a cute coffee shop just down the block, Momentum. We did choose to walk to Shedd’s Aquarium, which is about 1.5mile away. Quick response with communication. People downstairs were loud one night, and be prepared with the L being right outside the place but it wasn’t too bad.”

“Stayed for two nights with a few college friends. We’re able to find street parking pretty easily but the parking is full all up and down. Apartment is on third floor, so need to be able to carry luggage up and down. Space was clean and we enjoyed hanging out in the dining and living room. Beds were huge and so comfy! Just be careful taking garbage out the back stairs, as steps were slippery from rain. ”

“This is a fantastic budget find. The property is 12 minutes from downtown and it’s close to a Lyft bike rack for easy mobility around the neighborhood ( or further if that’s your thing). However, it was a little musty. It smells like water damage or something along those lines. The property itself is clean so I’m fairly certain it’s not a hygiene problem. “The yard is awesome, of course the hot tub at the top of the hill was the best, and we enjoyed the firepit as well. The house was a tidy little cottage at which we enjoyed our stay.
