This location is at the very north end of Main Street located directly across from a night club, directly above a bar with live music, and 1 block down from a popular honky tonk so it is very noisy at night until about 1 am when everything closes down BUT you are right in the middle of all of the nightlife entertainment. “Overall it is a lovely space and location. It's next to a beautiful park and fountain and is very walkable to lots of restaurants in the Hill. You have a parking in a lot next to the apt. “ It is on a quite street with parking out front, and a great very large park nearby. Public transportation including light rail is with in .5 miles. Walgreens very close. Lots of great restaurants in area. Much less expensive than Union station where my event was being held. Very well decorated and has all the amenities one needs. Structurally the building/floor could use some work but the build is very old and the owners are getting it done.”
