“The house was in a great location, close to Delmar where we found some yummy food spots. We were always able to get parking in fron of the house. The neighborhood is quiet. The house itself offered everything we needed for our stay. The pool table offered something for the kids to do. The beds were comfy. The furnishings were all updated, but the house still had some of its original 1920s charm. ”

“We stayed here 3 nights with our son and dogs. The access in/out of the place was super easy! The covered parking in the back was great especially when it was raining and when we loaded the dogs in/out of the car. The backyard was a huge plus with our 4 dogs. Owner responded in a reasonable time and provided ample amount of information regarding the house itself and things to do/see in town. Overall our stay was perfect and location was easily accessible to all parts of the city!”

“We just left the property and all was well. Very clean. 10 minutes from Arch and Budweiser tour which we loved! The unexpected perk of receiving Botanical Gardens and Zoo tickets shocked me (you have to ask it’s not automatic and only upon availability) we will be returning without a doubt! The only thing please get an extension cord for by the bed/tv area. There’s no extra plugs for your phone, Apple Watch, etc. had to plug those in in the kitchen. No problem I just like my phone near me.……

“The location was great, once we parked our car we never had to leave all weekend. Tons of shopping and wonderful restaurants just steps away. This is above a very popular bar, which was fine for us but if you have younger kids you may want something more quiet. There were doritos in the pull out sofa, other than that it was great. Parking seems to be an issue but it is a VERY popular area on the weekends so beware you may have to drive a bit to find parking. Definitely would stay again, and some……
