This location is at the very north end of Main Street located directly across from a night club, directly above a bar with live music, and 1 block down from a popular honky tonk so it is very noisy at night until about 1 am when everything closes down BUT you are right in the middle of all of the nightlife entertainment. “This apartment is perfect for one person or a couple. It's located in a classic South STL neighborhood that is safe, quiet, and minutes away from major attractions. “Overall it is a lovely space and location. It's next to a beautiful park and fountain and is very walkable to lots of restaurants in the Hill. You have a parking in a lot next to the apt. Lots of great restaurants in area. Much less expensive than Union station where my event was being held. Very well decorated and has all the amenities one needs. Structurally the building/floor could use some work but the build is very old and the owners are getting it done.”
