“We booked this property because it was very affordable and the location couldn’t be better—it was just minutes from the cycling event we attended. Piper’s Coffee was a two-minute walk away, and the neighbor in the duplex was very kind. The beds were soft and comfortable, which was nice after a long day.That said, there are areas that need improvement. Before booking I asked about kitchen supplies since we planned to cook, and was told they were available. Unfortunately, earlier reviews were……

“The host answered our questions and checked on our needs from very beginning. House clean, comfortable and very peaceful. Bed was comfortable and was such a nice place to stay. We didn’t have children with us but plenty of yard and equipment for children to play. ”

“The property was well eqpipped. Very clean. I appreciated the rules being printed for everyone with us to read. Very generous hosts. They left snacks and drinks for us. Questions that I had were answered promptly by the host. We had a great weekend celebrating our 17 year old's birthday. The house was perfect. ”

“We were in town to see family as we are from St. Louis but currently live in Denver. We booked with VRBO because we recently purchased a puppy and the price was much more affordable than getting a hotel room . The location was close to everything the highway, eateries, movies, etc. Plenty of space and very peaceful. The owner is very responsive and answered every question we had. We will definitely book again.”

“Very comfortable older home that has been updated. Lots of comfortable beds with 2 bathrooms that are on the small side. We just used the main floor bedrooms (3 couples.) If you had a true house full, bathroom management might be an issue.The house was in a safe neighborhood and the host was very good at answering any questions we might have.Be warned, the floors tilt. It didn’t affect our stay but amused us everytime someone walked from the bedrooms to the livingroom & looked like they’d been……

“The Rockhouse was perfect for my family. Franklin was a great host, explained the processes thoroughly and even left gift bags for my children. Snacks were provided which was an added bonus. I was very surprised to find laundry pods and dryer sheets available for use in the laundry room. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next adventure to St. Louis. ”
