“For the price it was great! The neighborhood was awesome to get to know. It was safe and clean. You will have neighbors above and beside you which can be noisy. This shotgun style duplex didn’t have much open congregating space for all 6 of us, but plenty of bedroom space, all queen size beds.”

“My daughter and I were stopping on our way to Kansas and wanted to go to the Arch. Nice location to restaurants and two bedrooms. Clean and tidy place.”

“As the name states it is definitely a cozy retreat for friends and family alike! The property is very well kept, the rooms are spacious and the backyard has a cute patio area with a spacious backyard as well! It’s located in a cute little neighborhood that’s perfect driving distance from downtown, you can have a nice day out and come back to grab a bite over by the house. The host is very quick with replying as well as helpful with anything you’d need while staying! I would definitely recommend……

“In town for our daughter's graduation from SLU. Brought Grandma, 2 kids, and the dogs. Plenty of room for everyone. The fenced front and back yard were such a plus. The house was very clean and Jeff was extremely responsive. Also close to lots of bars & restaurants. Would definitely recommend!”

“The house was great. It was close to everything and in a up and coming part of town. The game room was wonderful for the kids and family time. There was plenty of room for everyone. ”

“Home was in a great, safe location with good parking. Loved the fenced in back yard- our dog was so happy! Sitting on the deck was great after a long day. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and linens as needed. Once we figured out the trick of the showers we were happy to have them. We had a couple of electrical issues and the drawers in the kitchen need some attention and some updating would have made it nicer. Overall we had a great stay and the hosts were attentive and easy to reach”
