“Easy check in , nice kitchen ”

“This house was everything you saw in the pics and more! SUPER dog friendly. I mean, just look around! The house was old, but, upgraded in all of the right places. Kitchen was fully stocked beyond. Coffee was delicious! Bathroom is tastefully upgraded. There's enough seating for a large family. The stairs to upstairs are very steep. So, if you have mobility issues, beware. They do have a sturdy grab bar at the top for assistance. Plenty of blankets for everyone. The king bed was a little wonky.……

“The host was extremely helpful when booking the listing. The amount of detail made it easy to choose this one and know how well it would work with our family (we were traveling for a funeral). Sadly, an unexpected winter storm prevented us from traveling. The host was fair in how the refund was implemented. If we need to travel to this location in the future, this would certainly be a place I checked availability for.”

“This home was perfect for our family - it is on a quiet street and is convenient to all of our favorite STL spots. We also appreciated being able to walk to a local coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is a classic Dogtown home but with nice updates. The living space was open and functional for our family. Finally, we appreciated Tommy’s responsiveness. My only caveat would be that if mobility is an issue or if you have small kids to bathe, the small bathrooms could be hard to navigate……

“What a lovely spot! The Rock House was perfect for five of us. It’s a little smaller than we realized from the pictures but had everything we needed and tries so hard to make everything perfect. With so much to do in St. Louis we just needed a place to rest and recharge and that’s exactly what we got, plus a ton of extras no other rental I’ve ever stayed in offered. The little touches—drinks waiting, little gift bags for the kids, etc—made it clear the owners were very involved and would do……

“The property was well eqpipped. Very clean. I appreciated the rules being printed for everyone with us to read. Very generous hosts. They left snacks and drinks for us. Questions that I had were answered promptly by the host. We had a great weekend celebrating our 17 year old's birthday. The house was perfect. ”
