“This property was an incredible stay! Mike was more than accommodating and his communication was incredible. We had a group 13 for a girls weekend and we had plenty of space to spread out! The pool was an awesome addition and the outdoor space was so much fun! One day we stayed at the house all day and had a cookout- perfect space for it! Plus, the neighborhood is extremely safe and beautiful! Everyone person in our group was blown away and wants to book again for their own family!”

“The property is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to find, parking with full sized trucks was a little tricky but plenty of space inside and out! Appreciated the abundant room to spread out with a party of 7! Thank you for the quick response to assist in getting checked in!”

“Very lovely place to stay”

“We were in Kansas for 6 days for a travel softball tournament. We needed plenty of space to relax as well as a kitchen and laundry room to wash stinky uniforms. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean, the house was spacious, the patio was nice and the location was pretty central to everything we needed in Overland Park, Lenexa & the fields near the airport. ”

“Felt at home. Privacy was respected, yet we knew we were just a call away if we needed anything. House has everything we needed and then some (baby supplies). Decor was nice but not over the top. We will definitely look at staying here again next time!!”

“My grandchildren were participating in the American Royal Youth Rodeo. The house is literally 5 minutes from the arena. Mr. Jim was the PERFECT host. Gave me excellent food recommendations. Check in was easy, the place was perfect for me and my dog, Annie. It has a fenced in back yard. The house was clean, comfortable beds, with beautiful well maintained house plants, close to several restaurants, and I felt very safe. It was really nice to have coffee on the porch and enjoy the view. You……

“This was a great place to stay. Plenty of space, things for our kids to do, close to a lot of restaurants. We stayed here for a week while our home interior was being painted. Would definitely stay again during home projects or recommend to people that are coming from out of town. ”

“Myself and my coaching staff were in the area for a youth softball tournament and were looking for a home that could house 8 or 9 adults comfortably. This place filled the bill nicely, both spatially and location wise. Located close to the interstate, it was extremely convenient to get around to the various venues we needed to get to. In addition, there are plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Communication with the host was promptly responded to. I would definitely stay here……

“I’m not a fan of writing reviews, so I’ll keep this brief. Hosts were communicative & helpful. A/C worked great - even on hot days. Location is tough to beat. Easily walkable to Downtown Overland Park, which was full of great places. ”

“I can’t say enough positive about our stay. We were in town for a graduation and Steven helped us in navigating time/place- we were conveniently located to everything we needed to see. The property was very cozy- it has a very welcoming deck that my family and I spent much of our time enjoying. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable!!!”
