“I was so glad we chose your property over a hotel. It was a beautiful neighborhoo. We met one neighbor who was really nice. The inside was beautifully decorated, very clean, and even had extra suppliies if needed. The stairs are a workout, but who doesn't need some exercise. I would highly recommend.Julie”

“This place was perfect for our getaway to Kansas City. We really loved exploring 39th St. So being so close to that was wonderful.That said, we spent time at 18th and Vine and actually all over Kansas City in this place was well located for us.Jim is a great communicator and may check in easy.”

“The perfect spot for a girl's getaway vacation. The house was clean and perfectly decorated and had so many neat touches. The couches and fire pit on the rooftop with the bags and a beautiful view of the city off in the distance. We were in a neighborhood, but the location gave the feeling of being in a secluded area. The hot tub and fire pit was so nice. We will be back!”

“We were in town for national convention which was held at the KC convention center. The property is located 10 minutes south of the convention center and was a very easy drive. I would stay here again if I have future reasons to be in KC. ”

“This was an excellent stay for our family over Father's Day weekend! We went to the Royals Game & the fenced back yard was an excellent place to enjoy dinner outside with the family & our pups. Host was nice enough to let us check in a bit earlier so that was nice after a long trip on the road. We would definately stay here again when we come back to KC!”

“The house itself and the host were great. The only negative we had was the alley to get to the backyard where the parking spot is. It was very uneven and tight. It was pretty difficult to get our honda crv in and out. The water pressure of the shower was not great. Overall it was a good stay. ”
