“The property is so cute inside and out you can tell they take pride in how it looks with the landscaping and plants in the front and back! The pond is so cute love that sound of the trickling water! There was two bedrooms with a full size mattress and one bedroom with a single and one bathroom. Everything was very clean and tidy! I would say for the price and space it’s 100% worth the booking and there were tvs in each bedroom plus the living room!!! Tv time is important too!! The lego……

“Our family of 24 stayed here to celebrate our mom’s birthday. It was just perfect. Everyone had their own bed. The house and Barndo had everything we needed. The pickleball court is a great addition!! Owner is great to work with. ”

“This house was very comfortable for our stay. Lauren was very responsive, we had a couple small things that took some time to resolve but it was obvious that they cared a lot about our comfort. My only suggestion would be for some more silverware and dishes. There weren’t always enough for our family of 6.”

“If I was to have a VRBO rental, I would have one just like this! So neat, clean, and very tastefully decorated. I also like the location. Parkville is the cutest town. Our only complaint was the comfort of the mattresses. Mattresses are a personal preference, so that doesn't change my rating. It was just very soft and bouncy and we tended to roll towards the middle. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ”

“Our family of 6 had to make an emergency trip to town and this house was perfect for us. Just 4 minutes from our family and very convenient for getting in and out of downtown. We would rent again if needed. ”

“We had a girl's weekend with 3 best friends, all from different states. We meet up at least twice a year. This house was wonderful. It's newly renovated and the owners didn't skimp on anything. It was spotlessly clean. Sitting out enjoying the large deck was very relaxing. We would definitely come back.”

We pulled into the most beautiful neighborhood with polite neighbors. the house was so nice , large, clean and had everything we could ever have needed!. “Property was very clean and exactly how it was presented. We had a brief power issue (area wide - not one with the property) and they got back to me within 2 minutes of my voice mail notifying them of the issue. They had researched the problem with the utility company and gave me the update (which the utility company fixed within 1 hour). They have been similarly responsive to all my questions before the visit.”
