“This was our first time using VRBO and we could not be happier with our stay. Most years we come to Kansas City for a spring father and son golf getaway with my brother in law and my nephew. The carriage house is good size, basically a small house. The location is such a nice setting with the sunrise view through the wooded surrounds right out the dining room table window. Jay and Jenny are great. Having a garage to park in was nice so we could keep our golf clubs in our vehicle. If your looking……

“didn't like smell, bed and lack of house keeping. Bed had animal hairs- comforters were ripped and had holes in them., every mattress needs replacing . Bathrooms needs some additional updates to toilets and flooring.As well as hot water barely came out of all bathroom faucets. Ceiling fan in main bedroom needs to be look at . Flooring in kitchen needs serious grout cleaning. Every rug needs to be discarded. Iron and ironing board in main bedroom was a joke -broke and waterstain dirty. Tv remote……

“The property was well stocked with anything and everything you may need. We loved the barn cats, guineas, and fire pit but appreciated that the farm was only minutes from town. The owners were especially kind and easy to communicate with.”
