“Came on a 1-day trip w family of 5 (3 teens) bf a wknd bball tourney. Wanted more space than a traditional hotel (3+ beds, 2 bathrooms) without breaking the bank and this fit the bill. Check-in was easy (altho u do have to complete a pre-check w ID and some signatures online several hrs prior), and host communication was great. The space is GREAT: there’s a king suite (walk-in shower) and 2 semi-private ‘lofts’ w queen beds. I took off a star bc the walls r VERY thin, and if the tenants above……

“Wonderful experience for my first time. The house was cozy as described in the advertisement. Older home with nice updated modern kitchen appliances and bathroom. It is located in an older arts community. Charming, quiet and safe neighborhood with polite people out walking their dogs, running and riding their bikes. “It was an excellent option for people who don’t like the monotony of hotels. We loved the small town feel of the area! The decor is nice even though it wasn’t our first pick and there’s just enough room in the room. The only complaint we have is the grout in the bathroom needs cleaned and the bed was terrible, it looks like it’s going to be firm and then you lay down and you sink into the middle. The pillow were flat and didn’t give you any kind of comfort.”

“We did not realize the Property Manager lived on the 3rd floor of the home, and parked in the driveway. It wasn’t too much of an issue, was just a shock when we arrived and saw the side door was open and there were people working on her private stairwell. Location is a short drive to downtown - do not recommend walking in the neighborhood, although we felt safe enough outside on the property. Beautiful home, very large rooms. ”
