“This townhouse was perfect for my husband & I. Beware there is a flight of stairs from the lower level up to the 1st floor, then a flight up to the 2nd floor. Didnt bother us at all. Helped us get our steps in lol. There's also no washer dryer but again NOT a big deal. The bedswere SUPER comfy, the shower was hot& the pàtio was perfect. GREAT stay & looking forward to next time. “This place was great! We brought 14 students and 4 adults and everyone had a place to sleep. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and there was plenty of room for all of us. I was worried that there wouldn’t be enough hot water for us to shower but we never ran out! The neighborhood was nice and quiet!If we ever stay in Kansas City again this is where we will stay! ”

“We like having our own space to spread out with our kids when we are in KC visiting family and this was perfect! It was a great location, easy to get in and out, and decorated so cute. We loved the two living room areas and the fire pit area was a great touch. The beds were super comfortable! The only areas of improvement would be that it didn’t seem the floors were cleaned very well beforehand and it would have been nice to have a drying rack since our family of five went through the cutlery……

“Came on a 1-day trip w family of 5 (3 teens) bf a wknd bball tourney. Wanted more space than a traditional hotel (3+ beds, 2 bathrooms) without breaking the bank and this fit the bill. Check-in was easy (altho u do have to complete a pre-check w ID and some signatures online several hrs prior), and host communication was great. The space is GREAT: there’s a king suite (walk-in shower) and 2 semi-private ‘lofts’ w queen beds. I took off a star bc the walls r VERY thin, and if the tenants above……
