“The perfect spot for a girl's getaway vacation. The house was clean and perfectly decorated and had so many neat touches. The couches and fire pit on the rooftop with the bags and a beautiful view of the city off in the distance. We were in a neighborhood, but the location gave the feeling of being in a secluded area. The hot tub and fire pit was so nice. We will be back!”

“The house itself and the host were great. The only negative we had was the alley to get to the backyard where the parking spot is. It was very uneven and tight. It was pretty difficult to get our honda crv in and out. The water pressure of the shower was not great. Overall it was a good stay. ”

“The property is so cute inside and out you can tell they take pride in how it looks with the landscaping and plants in the front and back! The pond is so cute love that sound of the trickling water! There was two bedrooms with a full size mattress and one bedroom with a single and one bathroom. Everything was very clean and tidy! I would say for the price and space it’s 100% worth the booking and there were tvs in each bedroom plus the living room!!! Tv time is important too!! The lego……

“We loved the house and all it had to offer. There were plenty of dishes and cookware and all the essential items in the kitchen. Plenty of nice towels, blankets, and linens. The only thing I was disappointed with was the upkeep of the yard. We chose this location as we were traveling with a pet and paid extra for that reason. But it was perfect for us as there was advertised a danced in yard. There was in fact a fenced in yard but… the grass was so high we hesitated going outside or letting her……

If offers plenty of space, is in the perfect location, was extremely clean, and offered a truly unique, amazing experience for a long weekend getaway. The views from the rooftop are unmatched too! I really appreciate the host, he was very communicative and made it a great experience. Highly recommend, I hope to stay here again. ”

“This house was very comfortable for our stay. Lauren was very responsive, we had a couple small things that took some time to resolve but it was obvious that they cared a lot about our comfort. My only suggestion would be for some more silverware and dishes. There weren’t always enough for our family of 6.”

“My husband and I came to KC for our grandkids' HS graduation, grad reception, and to do some work around daughter's house. We stayed five nights here. The location was perfect for getting to and from SMNHS and daughter's house. It was also near grocery stores, eating places, and church. We couldn't have asked for a nicer home to stay in. The home is exactly as pictured in the description. Everything was very clean, the bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was wonderful very well equipped……

“If I was to have a VRBO rental, I would have one just like this! So neat, clean, and very tastefully decorated. I also like the location. Parkville is the cutest town. Our only complaint was the comfort of the mattresses. Mattresses are a personal preference, so that doesn't change my rating. It was just very soft and bouncy and we tended to roll towards the middle. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ”
