“Even before I arrived, I was so impressed by the customer service. The check-in was easy and accommodating. The facility was so clean, and everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. The hostel is located in a very convenient area. I was able to walk to many different locations, or take a short ride on the train/cab. I wish I had been able to stay longer! The next time I visit, I'll be staying at Chapter SF again for sure.”

“This was a wonderful facility. We had the suite which consisted of a queen bed and bunk beds which was great for me and my two kids. The room was very clean as was the whole property. The staff was helpful as it was our first time in New Orleans. It is walking distance from Bourbon Street. It is even on the trolley and bus routes. You have to park in a parking garage and walk to the hotel is the only downside but other than that everything was great. Definitely will book this hostel again when I……

“基本上房間蠻大的，並且也蠻乾淨的。有些房間內是有自己的浴室，這點很不錯。二樓有類似小客廳的地方，可以讓深夜一樓交誼廳關閉，且室友在休息的時候，仍有一個有燈的地方可以辦公。然，隔音稍差，會聽到隔壁房的聲音，且一樓廚房油煙不知何故，會飄進房內。味道很重。 整體而言，仍是相當物超所值的推薦。 ”

“Nice design style on furniture and Convenient shuttle bus to the airport. The period of shuttle bus is 1hour and it starts at 5 am. If you leave early and want a closer hotel for flight. It’s a cheaper and better choice! ”
