“Howzit was a great experience, the hostel was cleaned almost daily from what I noticed, never had many issues with waiting for the amenities. Clean towels whenever you need. Kitchen is updated and clean! The staff make it a very chill vibe. I ended up renting a car as their transportation can fill up quick and is a hot ride; I then tagged along on the daily tours. Location can be sketchy at night but never had any issues. Overall I recommend and would return.”

“My stay was really excellent. The people who live there are very kind, for any need they are ready to help. Not to mention the forest: drinking rainwater, eating the best coconut trees of my life, eating fruit that I had never even seen, waking up early with the birds singing .. all truly magical! I highly recommend it to EVERYBODY.”

“It served as a safe harbor with a bed. That's all we were looing for. Hotels.com had the wrong address, so we had to call the hostel to find the location. A little less than we expected in terms of number of showers and toilets. Staff was friendly, and we met other travelers. Some tiny ants in the room near any food left outside the fridge.”
