“酒店还是十分新的，第二次入住，选择双房户型，分别有独立卫生间私密性很好，阳台很大。隔壁兴建的威斯汀基本快结束了，也没有什么噪音。泳池不错，很干净。早餐性价比很高。就是在房间各处发现蚂蚁，很小的那种，不易发现。”

“Nice property, with good access to the beach, but I don't think we will go to this facility again. The staff were not polite. We had to wait for 15 minutes to check in to the resort, although there was no line. There was only 1 person at the check in desk at 2 PM in the middle of the day, who was on the phone while totally ignoring us and keeping us waiting. There are only 2 restaurants, with no options for fine dining, restaurant food is overpriced and very average. We had to walk to another……

“We loved our stay! Beautiful location, and view on the bay. Love the tennis access, the pool (my kids loved it as it enables a lot of games in the waterfall etc), the beach ! Very clean and quiet! We hope to come back!”

“Absolutely beautiful beach with sea turtles, quiet, peaceful getaway with wonderful clean facitlities. Everything you need is in the condo. The staff is kind, friendly, helpful.”

“I stayed 6 nights in the Napili Tower. The room was very comfortable and clean. It has a small kitchenette area with a sink, dishes, small fridge. The property has so much to offer with multiple pools, shops, food and bar options. There is a laundry facility onsite that was very nice with lots of free machines and a lounge. Self-parking had limited space, but valet parking was a good alternative for almost the same cost. Overall, it was a great stay and a wonderful property!”

“DO NOT BOOK THIS. STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND BACK AWAY. I booked this in June 2023 for vacation in zmarch of 2024. I had received no additonal follow up or information prior to my trip. I contacted expedia and this company via there telephone number and receirved no response from the company. I thought i might be able to check into the resort with the confirmation number but it didn't work. We had a rental vehicle ans spent the night sleeping in our car as we arrived at 1230 and were exhausted……
