“Clean house, great set-up of living space, close to beautiful beach, nice yard, very quiet neighborhood, aircon worked perfectly. My only suggestion would be to add room darkening blinds or curtains to the bedrooms. ”

“Check-in was easy, home was fun to stay and prepare our meals. At first we were concerned upon arrival as the home doesn’t have air conditioning. The home cooled down after opening windows & doors. Two fans, plus a ceiling fan kept us comfortable at night. There is a general store nearby which was helpful. Sunrise was beautiful and we enjoyed the walk to the beach from this home. Recommend staying here and thank you to our host and owner.”

“WOW! This house is exactly as pictured and provided all of the things we needed. Mahalo to Daniel and all of the other staff members who cleaned and prepped in order to make our stay so memorable, comfortable and easy. Seamless check-in and endless amenities. House has a great view with plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a fabulous addition and had great views during the day and at sunset. You could see tons of stars at night. “I cant say enough about how great of a stay we had. Yes there is only 1 bedroom but the kids all slept great on air matresses in the large living area. Location is ideal if you want to experience true hawaii! There were multiple beaches within walking distance. A small grocery store is only 2 miles away. House was clean and we felt right at home. ”

“Cute cottage a block from the Pine Trees section of Hanalei bay. Easy walk into town where you’ll find a couple grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and shave ice. The home is fully equipped with what you need for cooking, heading out to the beach, and laundry. Beds were comfortable and rooms kept cool with individual AC units in the living room, kitchen and one of the two bedrooms, however with a fan, the other bedroom was kept cool. “First impression driving into the parking lot it does not seem as fantastic a complex. Get up to your room and every detail is very clean, organized and well thought out. The best part is the location… our unit had the best view of the Mokuaikaua Church and go down to the parking garage, walk through the exit and you were right down in the middle of downtown Kona, where you cannot find parking it was amazing… ”

“We have been to Hawaii multiple times in the past but this was probably our best stay. Fantastic week. Great location. Great place to relax after exploring the island and enjoy the views. Very peaceful neighborhood. Would love to come back again.”

“We had the most amazing time at this home. Everyone room had an en-suite bath. The home was well equipped with everything you may need. The property is gorgeous and very private. Kevin is the owner of the property and lives nearby. I’m pretty sure he is a real life Angel! We had some issues with flight cancellations, car rental closed, and Kevin came to our rescue. We will definitely be back! ”

“The house fit our family of 9 beautifully-lots of space to spread out & be comfy! Our family typically prefers eating in & this kitchen was ideal for that. It was well stocked to accommodate lots of cooking-plus lots of extra garbage bags & dishwasher pods helped, too. Loved the fabulous view & watching the sea turtles right below - even saw some stingrays & spinner dolphins! Both the host & manager were wonderful to respond quickly or answer any of our questions.”
