“The property was beautiful. Everything was very clean and well thought out. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer were a plus and the outside shower. Loved having the beach across the way and loved the porch for morning coffee. Had a perfect stay and would book again. Everyone enjoyed themselves. ”

“This place is in the most beautiful location. It is right on the beach and most of the time we had that beach to ourselves. The home, as clearly stated in the description, is older and worn but has a lot of charm and plenty of room for our family of eight adults. Since 11 people are actually allowed to stay there it would be handy to have some fold up chairs for the dining room table but for us it was perfect.! Overall it was the most wonderful place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary……

“Everything was great except the work done by a very rude handyman. We were told it was going to be one day to replace an old rain gutter. That ended up be one two full days. Took over the whole front yard with tools and our parking area. Took lunch on our porch like they owned it and talked loudly in a foreign language for over an hour until i asked them to please not be there. We couldn’t watch TV because it was so loud. I feel we didn’t even have a say to if they could be there and were……

“The house was great. My wife, daughter, and I stayed in the downstairs unit and my brother/sister in law and their child stayed upstairs in the main house. Both were very clean. Sleeping to the sound of crashing waves was unreal. The view is amazing, the deck is spacious, and the grass area is good space too. Having the outdoor shower and hose was nice to clean off sand before going inside. You are truly on the beach with a cool path of plants/trees to go down. About a 15 minute walk north to……

“The place was perfect and exactly as advertised. I had an issue with my luggage being delayed by the airline and Jo Ann responded within 2 min with a temporary gate code for the courier to use to deliver our luggage. The owners are very responsive. The place was clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is beautiful.”
