“We really enjoyed our time here, and the view was amazing. The hvac unit for the master bedroom was a bit noisy but we just left the door open and used the cooling for the rest of the unit. There is one more floor above but we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. The location is convenient though the traffic from Honolulu gets pretty bad during the afternoon, but it is worth it to be in a location that is not crowded with a beautiful beach and lagoon that never got crowded even during peak……

“This was a wonderful and affordable place to stay on Oʻahu’s North Shore. While the building is older, it’s well maintained and offers a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere that feels like classic Hawaii.The highlight is definitely the beach—calm, uncrowded, and perfect for kids. The waves break far out, leaving the shoreline waters tranquil for swimming or just relaxing in the sun. It’s also a great home base, with many of Oʻahu’s scenic spots and cultural attractions just a short drive away.The……

“Really nice location on the North Shore - essentially on the Ritz Carlton resort property. We swam on the beach at the Ritz and ate at a couple of their restaurants. Highly recommend Beach House by Roy for a splurge dinner. We drove around to see other beaches. House only has AC in the bedroom, but it is powerful (and loud). Snorkels, beach umbrella and chairs there that we used on the beaches too. Weird smell in the bathroom but otherwise a great stay.”

“The property was very nice. Great space for our family of 6. So nice to have a kitchen and 2 full baths. Conveniently located. The beach / pool gear was so great to have on hand! One night the loft was pretty hot and the kids slept on the pullout couch but after the first night the temperature was manageable. ”

“We absolutely loved this unit. It was stocked with beach/pool towels, linens, clothes hangers, shampoo, body wash, etc. - everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. The railing in the loft has about 10 inches between slates, so that might be an issue for those with young children. The pool is just a short walk from the unit. We walked to the Turtle Bay resort each morning to get specialty coffees. The grounds were beautiful. The only surprise was that there are two windows……
