“The property is very nice and cozy. Its decorated very nicely. It has a home vibe if you will. What I mean by that is, you feel at home there. I would definitely stay there again. I do think you need to do a better job of explaining that you need to put in 2 different codes for the lock and the door handle to get in. ”

“We came to this property for a family vacation to the KC area. We really enjoyed the convenient location - close to the highway to get where we needed, and the homebase worked great for our family. The *huge* backyard and fun gameroom were hits with our teen boys, and my wife and I enjoyed the spacious kitchen.Communication with the hosts was seamless, with prompt responses to any question. ”

“This place was great! We brought 14 students and 4 adults and everyone had a place to sleep. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and there was plenty of room for all of us. I was worried that there wouldn’t be enough hot water for us to shower but we never ran out! The neighborhood was nice and quiet!If we ever stay in Kansas City again this is where we will stay! ”

“My husband and I stayed here to attend our grandson’s track meets, the duplex was very clean and quiet, loved the furnishings and decor. The king sized bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Will definitely be staying again. ”

“Great all around stay! Location, cleanliness and host did not disappoint. ”

“We traveled across the country for our stay and had never been to the platte city area. We were welcomed by a cute little town 20 minutes from our family in kansas city. We pulled into the most beautiful neighborhood with polite neighbors. the house was so nice , large, clean and had everything we could ever have needed!. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back! ”

“We had a total of 3 families (8 people) in our party. The house was perfectly located between all of the locations we needed to visit. The younger generation visited a local coffee shop in Parkville just to hang out one night and thoroughly enjoyed it.The house was spacious allowing everyone to retreat to their private space when necessary. There were also small nooks for reading or conversation. Beds were very comfortable.”
