“Our group of ten met for our annual reunion, spending three nights in the Sewille House. It was a great stay—very clean, a perfect size for our group & comfortable. Everything was in good working order & very accommodating. William Bates was attentive & resposive. Would stay again & recommend to others.”

“This townhouse was perfect for my husband & I. Beware there is a flight of stairs from the lower level up to the 1st floor, then a flight up to the 2nd floor. Didnt bother us at all. Helped us get our steps in lol. There's also no washer dryer but again NOT a big deal. The bedswere SUPER comfy, the shower was hot& the pàtio was perfect. GREAT stay & looking forward to next time. “We really enjoyed the property. The private side entrance was nice because we knew we weren't disturbing anyone while coming and going. The apartment was clean and decorated very nicely, and the amenities were ample. The hosts were very responsive. The best part was that we were in the middle of everything we wanted to do. We very seldom took the highway and instead drove on the thoroughfares/artery streets to get from midtown to downtown or uptown or KCKS quickly. The steps are……

“We came to this property for a family vacation to the KC area. We really enjoyed the convenient location - close to the highway to get where we needed, and the homebase worked great for our family. The *huge* backyard and fun gameroom were hits with our teen boys, and my wife and I enjoyed the spacious kitchen.Communication with the hosts was seamless, with prompt responses to any question. ”

“Liberty, MO.was unseasonably cold (February) the week were in town. The host was very responsive when I reached out to fix drafty areas due to air conditioning units in windows Thank you.”

“My grandchildren were participating in the American Royal Youth Rodeo. The house is literally 5 minutes from the arena. Mr. Jim was the PERFECT host. Gave me excellent food recommendations. Check in was easy, the place was perfect for me and my dog, Annie. It has a fenced in back yard. The house was clean, comfortable beds, with beautiful well maintained house plants, close to several restaurants, and I felt very safe. It was really nice to have coffee on the porch and enjoy the view. You……

“We did not realize the Property Manager lived on the 3rd floor of the home, and parked in the driveway. It wasn’t too much of an issue, was just a shock when we arrived and saw the side door was open and there were people working on her private stairwell. Location is a short drive to downtown - do not recommend walking in the neighborhood, although we felt safe enough outside on the property. Beautiful home, very large rooms. ”
