“The property is so cute inside and out you can tell they take pride in how it looks with the landscaping and plants in the front and back! The pond is so cute love that sound of the trickling water! There was two bedrooms with a full size mattress and one bedroom with a single and one bathroom. Everything was very clean and tidy! I would say for the price and space it’s 100% worth the booking and there were tvs in each bedroom plus the living room!!! Tv time is important too!! The lego……

“I live in a noisy city and neighbourhood, so it was nice to stay at a place in a small town without homes close to each other where we could unwind after spending the day out and about. Access was easy, the beds were comfortable, and we had no issues making it a temporary home. Cute place. ”

“This house was very comfortable for our stay. Lauren was very responsive, we had a couple small things that took some time to resolve but it was obvious that they cared a lot about our comfort. My only suggestion would be for some more silverware and dishes. There weren’t always enough for our family of 6.”

“Property was well maintained inside and out. Host was very prompt in answering any and all questions. ”

“We traveled across the country for our stay and had never been to the platte city area. We were welcomed by a cute little town 20 minutes from our family in kansas city. We pulled into the most beautiful neighborhood with polite neighbors. the house was so nice , large, clean and had everything we could ever have needed!. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back! ”

“5 family members came to KC to surprise my daughter who had just moved here. The house was above and beyond what the web site had shown. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The homeowner was very responsive to any needs or questions. For sure would stay in his property again! ”

We had a brief power issue (area wide - not one with the property) and they got back to me within 2 minutes of my voice mail notifying them of the issue. They had researched the problem with the utility company and gave me the update (which the utility company fixed within 1 hour). They have been similarly responsive to all my questions before the visit.”

“This house was the perfect place to host our girls weekend! There are plenty of beds and everyone slept comfortably. The property is about 20 minutes away from the Smithville businesses and we had no issues getting Ubers to our plans. 10/10 would recommend ”
